Salesforce® is continually evolving. With 3 major releases each year, it can be difficult to keep up with all the changes and new functionality. Our support packages are designed to provide tailored solutions, addressing the specific needs of your salesforce.com solution.
These services could include outsourced system administration, configuration updates, training services and ongoing consultancy & support. A flexible Managed Service Agreement allows you to call off support as required to ensure you maximise your Salesforce® investment.
You will be allocated an experienced, dedicated named contact within our support team that will manage all of your support issues.

Although we are happy to visit you at your offices, most issues can be resolved remotely. We use remote desktop support technology that allows us to maximise your support package time and cut out wasted travel costs.
If appropriate we will prepare training and support guides that are specific to your Salesforce® solution and set up – all helping to drive user adoption.
All support time is recorded and tracked in units of 1 hour. Call this off as and when you need to. We will supply you with monthly statements as standard so you always know where you are.
With Support rates as little as £715.50 per day, these packages offer excellent value for money and allow you to budget for future requirements.
