The Mint® Team

I am the founder and CEO and lead the Mint® Team. With a passion for sales and marketing and delivering outstanding customer service, I first came to “Salesforce®” as a customer when I needed a CRM solution for a business finance consultancy I was running. I then went on to sit the Salesforce training courses at their UK training centre and now focus exclusively on helping clients to implement new and enhance their existing Salesforce® implementations.

After a University Degree in Manchester, I headed for London in 1996 where I started on a Graduate Training Programme for House of Fraser in Victoria. I subsequently moved to a smaller high growth business in Maida Vale where I held the position of Office & Finance Manager until the business was sold in 2003.

Before joining the Mint® Team in 2017, I spent 3 years with another Salesforce Consulting Partner and prior to that was a Senior Administrator with Dimension Data for almost 10 years. 7 times Salesforce certified (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, App Builder, Advanced Administrator), and also Conga Certified, there’s not much I haven’t seen!

Prior to joining Mint®, I spent 5 years at a Non-Profit Salesforce Consulting Partner, and 4 years at a Global Salesforce Consulting Partner. With 8+ years of Salesforce experience, 6 Salesforce certifications (including App Builder, Administrator, Developer, Non-Profit Consultant & UX Designer), and 3 Conga certifications, I like to think I know what I'm doing!

Before joining Mint®, I worked my way up to Senior Tier 2 Technical Support at Validity where I resolved technical issues and developed custom solutions for complex use cases of the DemandTools, DupeBlocker and GridBuddy product suite. I swim 2-3 times a week, listen to far too many podcasts and can often be found baking something chocolatey after work or at the weekend.

As a Salesforce Developer/Consultant, I possess five Salesforce certifications and have been honored twice with the Trailhead Ranger status. My dedication to achieving results is fuelled by a fervent commitment to utilizing technology as a catalyst for business success. With expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation, I excel in delivering tailored solutions that address each client's distinct requirements. At Mint®, I am privileged to contribute to driving innovation and excellence within the Salesforce consulting sector.

I have recently come from working as a Systems Administrator for a private occupational health company and before that I was the Senior Project Coordinator at ZPG, overseeing the installs of their two main cloud systems to all Key Account clients. My work style is very collaborative with all stakeholders and feel excellent communications between all parties is the key to a smooth running project. My role at Mint® is to ensure your project is planned and executed as agreed and delivered to the highest standards.

I joined Mint® in May 2022 after spending 23 years at a global system Integration organisation working in varies teams from administration, supply chain management and business transformation. In the last 5 years I worked as a Business Analyst helping to design, test and deploy business applications and improve business processes as well project manage many continual improvement programmes.

I was first introduced to Salesforce in 2016 and quickly fell in love with it. After a career break of a couple of years, working as an outdoor activity instructor, I came back to the world of Salesforce and quickly joined Mint®, enjoying the challenges of consultancy. All of this hasn't stopped me from spending my spare time walking through forests, fields and along beaches with my dogs.

Since working in Salesforce as a developer in 2016 I have managed to work across many client projects from small companies to enterprise sized businesses with thousands of users and sites which would get tens of millions of hits per day in customer interactivity. This also included working with end users from America, Europe and Asia when consulting and building out their requirements. I’ve been apart of teams rolling out sales, service and experience clouds for different clients. I’ve also became a certified Salesforce developer along the way too.

My employment journey within the online world began with accepting a coffee from an IT guru whilst doing a role with in a Charity. His passion for all things digital was infectious and it was him who introduced me to the exciting world of Salesforce, opening the door to a whole new career adventure. I currently have 2 x Salesforce Certificates (System Administrator & Certified Platform App Builder), a lot of exposure to various industries and the use of various applications.

Joining Mint® in 2024 was a no-brainer for me. Their mantra, "Clients First. Always," really speaks to their dedication to putting customers' success at the heart of everything they do. As a Business Development Manager, I now get to work closely with both new and existing clients, developing strategies to optimise their Salesforce implementations and ensure their continued success.
